We do not accept back-up holding deposits. Holding deposits will be applied toward move-in funds upon applicant approval.

WAITLIST: If you are added to our waitlist through the Schedule Viewing link we are either waiting on times available to see a property or there may be a holding deposit already placed on the property. Being on the waitlist does not guarantee a reservation for a property nor does it reserve a place in line.
