Inspections
Our move-in and move-out inspection process is intelligently designed to protect your property with HD video and pictures. In addition, once every lease term we will perform an interior safety & maintenance inspection so that we can detect problems before they get out of hand. Our goal is to protect your investment.

Air Filter Delivery Program
We deliver air filters to your property quarterly at the exact time that your tenants need to replace the air filter. Our filter delivery program extends the life of your HVAC and reduces maintenance and repair work. The best part is, there is not cost to our owners!
Happiness Guarantee
We don’t believe in long term contracts. We want our clients to be happy and not feel locked in. Our contracts are month-to-month, if you’re not happy for any reason simply give us 30 day notice.
Leasing Guarantee
We will guarantee all tenants we place in your property for 12 months. Should a tenant that we place fail to complete an initial term for their lease agreement NO tenant placement fee will be charged to replace that tenant.
