  • Eviction Protection Guarantee Our eviction protection plan is designed to give you the peace of mind when an eviction becomes necessary. We are so confident in our screening process that should an eviction become necessary for any tenants that we have placed we will cover the legal costs associated with that eviction up to $750.
  • Leasing Guarantee We guarantee each tenancy for 12 months. Should a tenant that Blue Oak Property Management screened and placed under an executed lease agreement fail to complete an initial term for their lease agreement, NO Tenant Placement Fee will be charged to replace that tenant.
  • Pet Protection Guarantee We′re so confident in the pets that we screen that we will ensure any that we place in your property and will cover any damage by the pet up to $1,000 above the original security deposit. All pets are screened annually through a 3rd party.
  • Happiness Guarantee We don’t want to force you into a long-term agreement, our contracts are month-to-month, if you’re not happy for any reason simply give us 30 day notice.
  • Routine Interior Inspections We know how important it is to see the inside of your property and not just drive by the exterior. Once every lease term we will perform an interior safety & maintenance walk through so that we can detect problems before they get out of hand. You will receive a digital report with photos after each inspection. $75 per inspection. Offered annually or biannually.
  • Dedicated property manager and team You will have a dedicated property manager and small team assigned to your property.
  • Rent Collection We collect rent fast with online payment options including credit and debit cards. We can even accept cash rent payments from your tenants at 7/11 or CVS!
